Behavioral and Mental Health

Our doctors can help you address any behavioral or mental health concerns that you may have about your child. We can help diagnosis the problem and treat it appropriately. A behavioral health specialist recently joined our practice. She specializes in working with individuals and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, school issues, and difficulty with life transitions. At times we may refer to psychiatrists or other specialists/clinics to help manage certain conditions.

Patients with certain medical conditions such as ADHD, depression, or anxiety, that require long-term daily medication, will need to schedule regular medication check-ups ("Med Checks") with their doctor. Patients on controlled prescription medications require Med Checks every 3 months. These can now be done through telemedicine, however, there will be circumstances when an in-person office visit will be necessary.
